2. Invoicing and Payment

After you accept a quote, we will issue an invoice for the agreed amount. Payment terms will be specified in the invoice. Our payment process is designed to be straightforward and secure, ensuring your peace of mind.

3. Returns

Given the customized nature of our transactions, returns may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the product you received is defective or was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or repair as deemed appropriate.
  • Service Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, we encourage you to contact us to discuss the issue. We will review each case individually to determine the best course of action, aiming for your satisfaction.

 

4. Refunds
